Please display the provided parking pass at all times. Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available. Login details will be provided at check-in. Safety: The condo is equipped with smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your safety. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials (e.g., one roll of kitchen towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash bags). For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies. Linens & Towels: Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for the number of guests on your reservation. Please bring your own beach towels. Beach Gear: We do not provide beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas. These items can be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach or from local rental shops. Extended Stays: This condo is available for extended stays. Discounts are offered for weekly or monthly bookings—please inquire for details. Parking Restrictions: Please note that resort regulations prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles anywhere on the property. These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies. Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels. POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
