The space • Waldens Creek — 10 yards (walking distance) • Waldens Creek Stables — 0.6 miles • Coaster at Goats on the Roof — 4.4 miles • Wears Valley Zipline Adventures — 4.7 miles • Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud — 6.9 miles • The Island Shopping & Entertainment Complex — 7.3 miles • Mountain Valley Winery — 7.8 miles • Outdoor Gravity Park — 8 miles Driving along flat, paved roads, you’ll come to a flat, gravel driveway that ends at the party barn, a separate building from the main vacation home. Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles: room for a trailer. There is a ramp to reach the sprawling deck and party barn entrance. You’ll need to cross the property’s private bridge to reach the main cabin. While not ADA compliant for wheelchair use, there is a ramp near the front parking area plus a bedroom and a walk-in shower with a small step to enter on the entry level. Note the 2 bedrooms upstairs have open sections to the loft; while there are doors to close off these spaces, please keep in mind they are not totally private. This waterfront cabin has a standby Generac generator, so you won’t have to worry about power loss even in fierce weather. Other things to note Just a little tip: Google Maps and other navigation systems have been known to lead guests astray! You can use your favorite navigation tool to reach the Parkway, but please use the written directions once you arrive in town. When you turn onto the Parkway/US 441, you'll notice that the traffic lights have numbers next to the street signs. No need to count!
