Welcome to The Sweet life - a relaxed Pawley‘s Island beach retreat just 1 mile from the ocean. Spend the day at the beach, then come home to the screened porch, fire pit and outdoor kitchen with gas grill and Blackstone. With three bedrooms, room for eight, one level living and a dog friendly policy. It’s an easy getaway for family and friends. Enjoy comfortable private beach house experience without the condo/resort feel. The space The Sweet Life is a comfortable, single-level home with no stairs required to enter the main living areas. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS • Primary bedroom: King bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Full-size bunk bed with twin bunk and pull-out twin trundle • Sleeps up to 8 guests INDOOR LIVING Relax in the comfortable living area with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas fireplace and Smart TVs for streaming. The home features ceramic tile throughout and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out. BEACH DAYS Beach chairs are provided for guests and stored in the small shed. The converted garage adjoining the outdoor deck and the large storage shed are reserved for owner use and remain locked during guest stays. THINGS TO KNOW • Check-in after 3:00 PM • Checkout before 11:00 AM • Maximum of 8 guests • No smoking or vaping • No parties or large gatherings • Primary renter must be at least 25 years old • Small and medium dogs are welcome For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras are located outside the home. Cameras do not view any interior living areas. Beach chairs are available for guest use in the small shed.
