Spacious 3BR perfect for crews & families! This is one of two private apartments inside a multifamily home, not a standalone house. The unit is on the second floor via 3 flights of stairs, and we're in the Newark Airport (EWR) flight path, so plane noise is common (see Guest Access for details). Near Jersey Gardens Mall & major work sites, this home offers comfort & convenience. A cozy stay awaits! The space This is one of two private apartments inside a multifamily home in Elizabeth, NJ - you have the full 3-bedroom unit to yourself, but it is not a standalone house. The unit is located on the second floor and is accessed via 3 flights of short stairs (no elevator). We're about 10 minutes from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and directly in the flight path, so airplane noise is frequent, especially during the day and early evening. It typically quiets down at night, and we've provided blackout curtains, a white noise machine, and ear plugs to help ensure a restful stay. Guest access Access is through a shared main entrance. From there, guests walk up 1 flight of stairs, passing unit 1's door, then 2 more flights to reach this unit (3 flights total) — please plan ahead if you're bringing heavy luggage. One assigned parking spot is included in the shared driveway. Other things to note As with any multi-unit home, sound can occasionally carry between units. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise, especially at night, out of respect for the other unit and our property manager.
