The cozy townhome is located halfway up the mountain in the gated community of the Village at Camelback, next to Camelback Resort. Hike the trails of Big Poconos State Park at the top of the mountain in the spring and fall. Plunge into the waterslides of Camelback waterpark in the summer. Ski the slopes at Camelback in the winter. Roam the outlets mall at the foot of the mountain. And enjoy the pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball, and racquet sports at the clubhouse in the evening all year round. The space The townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a dining and living room as well as a full kitchen and a rear porch and washer and dryer on the bottom floor. The upper floor bedroom has a king bed. The smaller lower bedroom also has a king bed, and the larger lower bedroom has two queen beds and a bunk twin bed. Recently the home just welcomed the addition of 4 NEW mini splits in the living room and each of the 3 bedrooms for cooling and heating to keep you comfortable all year round! Guest access Guests will punch in access code to get through front gate and the front door has electronic keypad for quick and easy access Other things to note The place is a 3 story townhome with stairs to upper and lower bedrooms and floors from the main floor. There are also two sets of stairs from the parking lot to the townhome. The townhouse has electric baseboards for heating for all the bedrooms as well as the living room and the kitchen. The living room has an AC unit that serves the living room, kitchen, and the upper bedroom, while there are fans for the bottom two bedrooms. In addition, 4 new mini splits were just installed in each of the 3 bedrooms and the living room to cool and heat the entire house!
