Our lovely home is the perfect place to gather! 1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. Our family home is not available for non-registered guests. 2) This is not a party house; it is a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one is disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double-check that this fits your needs. :) 3) A copy of your ID will be requested upon booking this property and (and names of every guest). Your name must match your profile. This is a requirement by the HOA for any guest staying in the community. 4) Pets allowed with a Fee - $90 per pet. Please be aware - we are not a hotel. This is our getaway home :) That means that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our place. We clean everything and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels before you arrive, so it's all ready for you! If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of fresh towels partway through your stay. But if you are staying for long term (28 nights or more), a cleaning will be scheduled weekly during your stay. You are welcome to be present during the cleanings, or if you prefer, we can take care of everything while you’re out.
