Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin and gazebo. Please do not attempt to access the locked supply bins. Other things to note - Be aware that the bedroom is located in a loft, which is open to the rest of the home. To get to the loft, there is a wooden ladder. Although there is some railing, it is minimal and therefore inherently dangerous and difficult to navigate, especially with suitcases. Please be mindful. If you prefer not to use the spiral staircase, the main floor bedroom is recommended. - NO VISITORS; We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. - This cabin is on a septic system; it cannot handle food scraps, wipes, nor toiletries. Do not flush hygiene products, wipes, nor excessive tissue, EVEN ONES MARKED AS FLUSHABLE, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing unusable. - The cabin has a Take One, Leave One library; feel free to bring a book you’re finished reading and trade out for one of ours. HOT TUB -The inflatable hot tub can reach temperatures up to 104°F. - It must be at least 40°F outside in order for the hot tub to effectively heat. - Due to the nature of inflatable hot tubs, it will lose about 5°F per hour that the lid is off; weather conditions and use of the jets may expedite this cooling. - Unlike a traditional hot tub, there are no seats inside. - Keep the cover on when the hot tub is not in use. - The heater automatically shuts off after 72 hours, so if your booking is longer than 3 days, we recommend turning the hot tub on again. - When the hot tub is emptied and cleaned, it can take 24 hours to reheat, so it may not be warm for the first night of your stay.
