Property and Booking Information: We manage several nearby homes, so if you are planning for a larger group, we may be able to coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD, or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval and payment of pet fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s). It can host no more than 8 adults. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 4, with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
