The adjacent dining area includes a table with seating for six, ideal for shared meals. Please note that the fireplace is non-operational. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with all major large and small appliances. A breakfast bar provides barstool seating for four, creating a casual dining space. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.). Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided. Parking: A double garage accommodates two small to mid-size vehicles, with access via the rear alley. Additional general neighborhood parking is available (metered and unmetered).
