Please note that daily housekeeping is not included, and these items will not be restocked during your visit. ► Road Access The cabin is a quick 1-minute drive off a main road on a quiet, paved road that’s narrower than a typical two-lane street. There is also one moderate hill on the way, but it’s nothing like the steep mountain roads you might find elsewhere in the area. It’s easy to navigate for all standard vehicles. ► Grilling & Fire Pit Charcoal, firewood, kindling, and lighters are not provided. You're welcome to use any supplies left behind by previous guests. ► Pool Towels We provide bath towels, but not pool towels, so please bring your own if you’d like towels specifically for outdoor use. ► No Third-Party Bookings Primary renter must be staying at the property for the entirety of the reservation. ► Hot Tub & Swim Spa Safety Guests are fully responsible for the safe use of the hot tub and swim spa, especially when children are present. Please supervise children at all times while using these features. ► Wildlife Awareness You’re in the Smokies, home to bears, raccoons, and other wildlife. To avoid attracting animals, always place trash in the secure outdoor garbage cage. If you need a trash pickup during your stay, just let us know a day in advance so we can coordinate with housekeeping.
