Once inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living room featuring a 65" mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming platforms and an ultra-comfy couch perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings. Just beyond the living space, the kitchen is bright and airy, filled with natural light and complete with a 4-person dining table—perfect for sharing meals or catching up on work. The modern bathroom features a sleek, glass-door standing shower for a refreshing start or end to your day. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit and no spaces are shared. Guests will also have a designated parking spot in the back of the building in the alley. This spot is strictly for Airbnb’s guests. Please provide car details (make, model, color, license plate upon arrival) in case there’s a discrepancy. Other things to note The noise levels from the upstairs neighbors have notably decreased following the departure of the previous tenants, contributing to a more peaceful living environment. Although, noise can still be heard and normal multi-family home noise is to be expected. ***ATTENTION: the window AC units are removed during cold months during the year. These months are usually OCTOBER to MARCH. Sometimes April depending on the weather. Chicago weather can be very unexpected in Sept/Oct and Mar/Apr. It can be cold and rainy one day and then feel like summer the next, with snow a couple days after that. We want to keep expectations realistic for this amenity during cold fall/winter/spring months. This is to winterize the apartments/buildings. If window AC units are left installed in the window then a cold draft will come in from outside and the listing will be cold.
