The space Charming 5 bedroom, 3 bath one story private home with covered outdoor dining area, private pool/spa (heat can be added for additional cost). Large open concept living, dining and updated kitchen with granite countertops. Long stays are welcome to warm the cold off guests coming from the North! Discounts for monthly stay!! Propane Grill included** Guests are to clean it themselves and replenish the propane at their own cost. Game room with foosball and Air Hockey Table. There are no rear neighbors for ultimate relaxation. Perfect for families to unwind and enjoy Florida! Parking for one vehicle in the driveway and free street parking as long as passenger is curbside. Other things to note There is a propane grill onsite, we ask guest to refill the tank at their own expense. No parties, illegal drugs, and smoking inside is NOT allowed. POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT * Pool and spa heat can be available for $45/night- *Needs 48 hour notice to be turned on. *Minimum 3 nights to maintain temperature, temperature will not exceed 95F. *Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. *Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
