To provide every guest with a beautifully prepared space, our professional housekeeping team typically requires the full turnover window to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the unit. If available, we also offer a guaranteed 1:00 PM check-in for an additional fee of $15. Please help us keep our home and building in excellent condition by rinsing off all sand before entering the building and the suite. This simple step helps prevent sand from clogging the plumbing and ensures a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, guests are kindly asked to comply with any building-wide policies or temporary service interruptions, including emergency situations, scheduled repairs, routine maintenance, and the building's monthly water shut-off, which typically occurs on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We will always provide as much advance notice as possible whenever we are informed of any scheduled disruptions. However, the rental car may not be necessary, as most amenities are within proximity. The public parking is available in the same building, managed by another company (downstairs garage). It is on a first-come, first-served basis. Two parking garages are available, with rates of $4 per hour or $40 for 24 hours (subject to change), no in-and-out privileges. Use the prepay kiosk. If you are lucky, you may find a street parking spot. However, please keep in mind that Mondays and Fridays are designated as street cleaning days. You'll need to move your car by 8 AM. Parking is challenging in Waikiki. Another option is to consider renting a car for a day at a time. BUS • Bus stops are conveniently located on Kuhio Ave, a major road in Waikiki. Airport to Waikiki is $3 👮 SECURITY The building’s 64-channel, 24/7 Security Systems are in use in common areas, including building sidewalks & entrances, parking garages, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, and hallways on each floor. Luggage Storage Is available at the lobby level A rental car may not be necessary, as many restaurants, shops, beaches, and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance.
