Have fun with the whole family at this updated, ocean view with balcony, cozy home away from home oasis. We are centrally located 1 block from the ocean and close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy some sun and fun or rest and relaxation. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit with an ocean view balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or just enjoy the view. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. All TV's are smart TV's to include the living room, master and guest bedrooms. The master is equipped with a king size bed. The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom, twin bunk and twin trundle bed.) There is a private pool with loungers and tables and chairs. You are only 60 steps from the ocean with a public beach access located right across the street that allows for golf cart parking only. So it's not as busy of an access point. We are located a mile from the famous Garden City Pier where you can enjoy arcade games, fishing, shopping, karaoke, restaurants, live music, ice cream and other fun amusements. Guest access We will send you your door access code the day prior to your arrival. The parking pass for one vehicle will be located in the binder in the condo. Please hang it on the rearview mirror or place it visibly on the dash of your vehicle. Thank you! There is an additional parking option for an extra vehicle or motorcycle in a lot within close proximity. This is a paid parking options for your stay whether it’s 2 days or more.
