Guests must provide their own groceries. The kitchen is not stocked with cooking oil, butter, spices, or other pantry items. Any supplies left by previous guests are not guaranteed. Important Property Information Timeless Haven occupies the upper/main level of The Chalet, uphill from The Lodge. Bordeaux and Provence are separate accommodations on the lower level. The Chalet and surrounding grounds include steps and elevation changes; there is no elevator. LVMR is a staffless retreat with self-check-in. Remote guest support is available until midnight Eastern Time; after-midnight emergencies are handled as needed. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout require written approval and availability; approved requests are $50 per hour, normally up to two hours. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, including adults, children and infants combined. The booking guest must be at least 21 and remain throughout the stay. LVMR is 100% pet-free. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors and outdoors. Only registered guests are permitted; parties, events, gatherings, commercial filming and unauthorized visitors are prohibited. Our mountain setting is not childproofed and includes stairs, heights, uneven terrain, water features and wildlife. Please supervise children closely and review whether the accommodation's access and features suit your party. The Lodge is not soundproof; voices and footsteps may carry. Please keep noise considerate, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please protect our shared septic system: flush only toilet paper and human waste. Never flush wipes, including flushable wipes, diapers, sanitary products, paper towels, food waste or other items. A blockage can affect multiple accommodations. Wildlife, including black bears, and seasonal insects are part of the mountain environment. Never approach or feed wildlife, and secure food. Wi-Fi and cellular reception can vary. OCCUPANCY This accommodation allows a maximum of 6 people total, including adults, children and infants in any combination. Please include every traveler on your reservation. The guest making the reservation must be at least 21 and stay throughout the visit. ONLINE CHECK-IN AND DAMAGE PROTECTION Before secure access details are released, please complete online check-in through Happy Guest, our LVMR Guest Hub: guest registration, rental agreement, government-issued ID verification and damage-protection selection. Choose either the $45 non-refundable accidental damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security deposit held as a temporary authorization. You do not pay both; the authorization is not a completed $1,000 charge. ARRIVING AFTER 10:00 P.M. The community's main gate closes at 10:00 p.m. If arriving after that time, please complete online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival and review all pre-arrival and after-hours gate instructions before traveling. For bookings made within 24 hours of arrival, please complete check-in promptly after booking. Contact us before 10:00 p.m. if instructions are missing or unclear. Save your instructions, as mountain cellular reception can vary. Final accommodation access details are generally released around 3:30 p.m. on arrival day after requirements are completed; standard check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. SECURITY CAMERAS For guest safety and property security, security cameras operate 24/7 in hallways and shared common areas on all three floors of The Lodge, at building and accommodation entrances, and throughout all outdoor grounds, including shared outdoor amenity areas. This coverage applies to the shared retreat spaces available to guests beyond their individual accommodation. No cameras are located inside private guest accommodations or bathrooms. A PEACEFUL MOUNTAIN SETTING Our retreat includes uneven terrain, steps, stairs, elevated areas and water features and is not childproofed. Please review the accommodation's access details and supervise children closely. The Lodge is not soundproof; voices and footsteps can carry. Please keep noise considerate throughout the retreat, especially during quiet hours, 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. PET-FREE AND SMOKE-FREE LVMR is 100% pet-free: pets are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. SEPTIC CARE Please flush only toilet paper and human waste.
