Hot Tub Access & Guidelines Relax and unwind in our private hot tub, located on the lower level of the deck and accessible via the exterior deck stairs. For everyone’s comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Please follow all posted hot tub guidelines during use. For stays longer than 3 nights, routine hot tub maintenance is required. This will be completed by the host at a mutually agreed-upon time and does not require access to the interior of the home. Please note: Excessive splashing or water loss may cause the water level to drop below the filter, which can prevent the hot tub from heating properly. If you notice the water level is low or the tub is not heating as expected, please contact us right away so we can quickly take care of it and ensure your continued enjoyment. Fire Pit & Stream Access From the lower deck, a staircase leads down to the fire pit area, where you’ll find comfortable seating alongside the peaceful sounds of the stream—perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. A well-maintained path continues to the “beach,” offering the best access to the water. For everyone's safety, please follow all burning regulations when using the fire pit. Guests are welcome to enjoy swimming or fishing from the beach area, where a gentle slope provides easy entry into the stream and leads to a nice swimming hole. ⚠️ Water Safety Note: The yard opens directly to the stream. Children must be supervised at all times while outdoors. Guests should use caution near the water, especially after rain or during higher water levels. Swimming and wading are at your own risk. Guest access Guests have full access of the main level and loft of the home, as well as all exterior areas of the property including the deck, hot tub, and stream. Other things to note Well maintained walking trail along the river with a beach area by the swimming hole. Please note that the property is located in a peaceful, rural location that offers privacy and beautiful scenery. Because of this, guests should be prepared for winter weather conditions, including snow and icy roads during colder months.
