Things to note There are a 4 short flights of stairs leading to the unit, and while street parking is limited, paid garage parking is available just 1-2 blocks away and we were able to negotiate a lower fee for just our guests. We have quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests and neighbors. Please, no parties, loud music, or additional guests outside those listed on your reservation. Please be aware because we are up on a hill, you will have to walk the equivalent of 2.5 stories worth of stairs; however, they are broken up by various decks, landings, and a corridor. Limited street parking. Paid garage parking is available 2 blocks away (5min walking). Total of 4 units in the building so it is very quiet, and private. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am. We want to maintain a local-friendly environment to our existing neighbors around us. This is very important. - NO PARTIES, SMOKING, VAPING, DRUGS, loud music, This is to respect the other guests in the house. - No pets please unless it is service registered pet. -Please do not use the upper deck as this is reserved for our long term residents only. -This is a shoeless home, please help us to respect the property as we are very tidy owners of our cottage.
