A private in-home elevator accesses the house from the ground level underneath the home, making luggage, groceries, and beach gear easy to move between floors; the elevator cab measures 46" deep x 35" wide. A note on access: this is a raised beach house, so there are exterior stairs up from the driveway to the front entrance and front deck, and stairs at the back leading down to the pool — the elevator serves the interior floors from underneath. Self check-in at 4:00 PM via smart lock; your entry details arrive with your arrival instructions, so there's no key pickup. Beach chairs, a wagon, and beach towels are provided. Check-out is 10:00 AM, and we're quick to respond to anything you need during your stay. Other things to note 🚗 PARKING: Free on-site parking for about 8 vehicles between the driveway and under the home, plus 2 more spots behind the pool — plenty for a big group. Per county ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach. 📷 Multiple exterior security cameras cover the outside of the home (never indoors or in private areas). 🔞 Guests must be 25+ to book. 💳 Refundable $1,000 damage deposit (held 48 hrs before check-in, released within 48 hrs after checkout). 🏊 The pool is heated, but the heater can't warm the water when outdoor temperatures drop below about 60°F — so during the coldest stretches of winter the pool may not reach swimming temperature. ♨️ Hot tub: no glass, kids only with an adult in the tub with them, closed during quiet hours (11:00 PM–7:00 AM), and please put the cover back on after every soak.
