Full Bathroom 3: There is a 3rd full bathroom in the hallway equipped with dual vanities. THIRD FLOOR: Rooftop Deck – The rooftop deck features a fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining area—perfect for relaxing and entertaining. 🐶 PETS Up to two dogs are allowed for a fee of $200 per dog. If you intend to bring any pets with you, it must be disclosed prior to checkin. Pets are not permitted on furniture and guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Pet Cleanup: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Guests will be charged a $25 fee per pile of waste left in the yard Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. Parking: There is plenty of parking available in the driveway, and additional free street parking nearby. Please note, the garage is currently not available for guest use. There is a Smart TV in the living room - feel free to log in to your favorite streaming platform to watch TV or stream music. Other things to note Minimum age to book per Nashville law is 21.
