Private bedroom in a comfortable 4 bed/2 bath home. This room has its own dedicated mini-split A/C. Centrally located. Close to I-10 and US 60 highways, ASU, Mill Ave, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport and more! Spacious backyard. This house is a short-term room rental property, so there will be guests staying in the other rooms as well. Easy access to the property. Each room has its own door code. You will be sharing the guest bathroom with 2 other rooms. Each room hosts a max of 2 people.ays The space The room is fully furnished and has a king bed. Rooms 2, 3, & 4 share the guest bathroom. To ensure the house stays clean, a cleaning crew and landscaper stops by every month. This specific room has its own private mini split A/C. Please be sure to turn it off when you’re away in order to conserve electricity. Each room has its own assigned cabinet/pantry/fridge space. Please use your assigned space to store any food or other items. Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. Guest access Your room number is #4. You will be provided a 4-digit code that will be used to access the entry doors and your bedroom door. Keys are not provided, however there is a lockbox in front of the house in the event the lock batteries die. Driveway and street parking are available. Two cars fit in the driveway and another two fit on the street in front of the house. During your stay Check-in is completely self-guided, but if any issues arise, please reach out! Other things to note House Rules: - Please clean up after yourself and keep the common areas tidy - Wash your own dishes and put them away when dry - No smoking, vaping, or use of any smoking/weed products inside the home or anywhere on the property, including the yards. Evidence of this will result in a $200 fine. - Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the room, this will result in a $200 fine. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM - Unapproved guests are not permitted. A $100 fine will be charged for any guests not included in the original reservation. - Please do not move furniture or decor around. - Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. - Please turn off the mini split A/C off when you’re away.
