Sleeping Arrangements – 9 Bedrooms Wanderwood Lodge features nine spacious bedrooms designed for comfort, privacy, and restful nights. Six bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, making them ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a plush retreat. One bedroom offers a queen, and two more are set up with bunk beds, perfect for children or groups. Each room reflects the home's rustic mountain charm with wood accents, cozy bedding, and ample natural light. Bedrooms are spread across multiple levels to accommodate larger parties while still allowing for privacy and quiet. All are located within easy access to the home’s seven full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for guests. Whether you're settling in after a day on the slopes or enjoying a peaceful morning with a view, these bedrooms offer a tranquil space to recharge. Home Theater Description: The lower-level home theater offers a cozy retreat for movie lovers and groups looking to unwind after a day on the mountain. Outfitted with a full row of plush leather recliners and positioned in front of a large wall-mounted TV, this space is designed for immersive viewing. A stone fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while the wood-paneled walls and natural tones echo the rustic character found throughout the home. Whether it's a family film night or catching up on your favorite series, this dedicated space makes entertainment easy and inviting. Deck : Step out onto the expansive deck and take in sweeping mountain views just beyond the treetops. Accessible directly from the main living area, this outdoor space offers a peaceful setting to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Surrounded by rustic wood railings and overlooking Windham Mountain, the deck provides a front-row seat to every season—lush greenery in summer, fiery foliage in fall, and snow-covered slopes in winter. The deck also has a propane fire table for evenings outside. We keep the propane filled; please no s'mores on it. Inside, the great room has a wood-burning stone fireplace. Whether you're grilling, gathering, or simply soaking in the quiet, the deck is an ideal extension of the lodge’s serene mountain atmosphere. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire 9-bedroom home, decks, grounds, and theater room. Self check-in via smart lock — your unique code is sent the day before arrival. Free on-site parking for multiple vehicles in the designated lot. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can occasionally be accommodated — message us to ask. A 20-minute grace period applies to check-out; unscheduled late departures incur a $150 fee. Sleeps up to 20 guests, including children and infants. Please book accurately; unauthorized guests may result in cancellation without refund. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful mountain setting. Smoke-free home — smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the decks, and anywhere on the property. Pets: Up to two dogs, each under 60 lb, are welcome upon request. Please add your dogs to the reservation at the time of booking; an additional pet fee applies. Dogs are not permitted on beds. Wildlife: This is the Catskills — bears, deer, and other wildlife pass through. Please never leave food, trash, or grills out overnight, and keep all food stored inside. Cell service works well at the property, but we recommend connecting to the Wi-Fi and enabling Wi-Fi calling for best reliability. Nearest groceries: Downtown Windham (5 minutes) for everyday essentials and local cafés; Hannaford in Tannersville (20 minutes) for a larger run. EV charging: Due to fire safety concerns, electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property. Local guests: If you reside in the area, please message us before booking.
