Aloha! Welcome to our Beach House "OHANA" located in the family-friendly Oceanside Village: A private gated community with private beach access and amenities galore! Located on the peaceful and serene Sanddollar Dr., "OHANA" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pierhouse with pullout sofa in living room that sleeps a total of 8. This pierhouse rental is for the UPPER LEVEL ONLY. (Lower level owner occupied) From our OHANA to yours, we hope you will join us and make memories to last a lifetime! The space "Ohana" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath pierhouse with sleeper sofa in living room that sleeps 8. All linens are included-sheets, towels and beach towels. The open style living room also host a dining area for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for your stay and offers 6 more stools for meals at the bar. Guest access The upper level of the pierhouse is available to the renters. This includes the large deck and amenities located on the deck. It also includes 1 parking spot under the deck at the property for the duration of your stay. Other things to note The amenities are what our family loves the most! We are a short walk to the 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, and splash pad, the community center that offers outdoor basketball court, kickball/baseball field, pickle ball and tennis courts, and playground! The best part is that you can walk or golf cart right over to the beach with our private beach access If you get hungry on your stay, there is the "Conch Cafe" restaurant right on the beach where we have a private beach side entrance. We have a Food Lion, Gas Station, Dairy Queen and Dollar General are all located right outside the gates where you can find any of your last minute needs while on vacation!
