Welcome amenities are provided for FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies if needed for the rest of your stay POOL HEATER: • POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL at an additional charge of $35 per night (can only be added for the entire stay), which is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on the website • It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date. If requested AFTER the check-in, there will be an extra $30 connection fee • The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but PLEASE NOTE that the water does not heat up to its full capacity during the winter, and we cannot reimburse due to non-mechanical issues, such as weather conditions Supplies & Amenities Self-Catering Property This is a self-catering property, not a hotel. A starter welcome package of basic supplies is provided for your convenience upon check-in (such as limited toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods, and toiletries). Once these starter items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Toiletries & Consumables We do not provide unlimited toiletries or consumable items. Guests should plan accordingly based on the number of guests and length of stay. Towels & Linens Bath towels and linens are provided based on the number of registered guests. Additional towels may be available in the laundry room. For longer stays, guests are responsible for laundering towels as needed. Laundry Supplies Laundry detergent is not provided. Guests may need to purchase their own laundry products. Cleaning During Stay Mid-stay or daily cleaning services are not included, unless arranged in advance for an additional fee. Kitchen Supplies Basic kitchenware is provided. Cooking ingredients (such as oil, spices, or condiments) are not provided. Guests are responsible for washing dishes after use.
