As a guest in our home, you and your family can enjoy all the benefits of the Clubhouse, which features huge pool, with game room and tennis courts, recreation center featuring a snack bar, children's play area, lounge area, internet café, a business center, reception area and a movie theater at no charge. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. RECEIVING PACKAGES: You may have packages delivered to the home during your stay. Only deliveries from private couriers such as Amazon, UPS, and FedEx are accepted. Additionally they will be left at the front door. We and the resort are not responsible for missing delivery or returned packages. Please note that the resort does not accept or handle any USPS (United States Postal Service) mail or parcels.
