Walk to historic downtown Franklin, Tennessee! Play pickleball down the street, enjoy family meals in your spacious home, and sleep hard on your insanely comfortable beds! Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home! The space Our home is ready for your restful stay! It’s located on a sweet and quiet street one mile from five points in our historic downtown Franklin. Our family oftentimes walks to coffee, pickleball, the park, or to go shopping or see a movie/ show! But we are also a very quick trip by car to all the fun things as well! A quick half an hour has you in downtown Nashville for more shopping, dining, concerts, sports games, and of course Broadway! Guest access -Guests have access to the entire home at 308 Everbright Avenue, aside from three locked managers closets downstairs. -You (our guests at 308 Everbright Avenue) have complete use of the gravel parking pad located along the street in front of “308” ONLY. *Please keep driveway open at all times as that is reserved for use by our carriage house guests at “310”! **If you need more space for parking please only use the empty lot just past the “310” driveway. Do not park in front of other neighbors homes. -This home (308) has full use of the main house front yard, solo stove fire pit & 8 Adirondack chairs! -Our guests at the carriage house (310Everbright Avenue) park all cars down their driveway by their front door and use their homes’ front yard. Other things to note -We also own another home which is located Nextdoor to this home and has its own driveway, parking and yard space. -Both homes are stand alone and completely separate from each other with the same house and property rules. -Both homes share the same trash and recycling bins, but nothing else. -Feel free to inquire about renting both homes at one time if available! -There is an extra guest fee per guest over 8. -Guests MUST include each person who will be on the property at any time in the guest count.
