Enjoy a quiet retreat at this two story home in a quiet neighborhood. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers everything you could need as you visit Arizona for vacation and enjoying time with family. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. There is a sofa bed downstairs. There is no formal staircase handrail however there is a board to grip to help guide coming up and down. Guest access Check yourself in with the keypad. A code will be provided prior to check-date. Other things to note During all month including hot Arizona months (May, June, July, August, September), the lowest AC temperature setting is 74F.
