There is a fee for access to the Tahoe, keys amenities, including private beach, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sports courts and playground . Kitchen is newely renovated and well appointed. Master bedroom, overlooks waterway behind the house and the Sierra mountains. The second and third bedrooms has a private deck with water views, as well as views of heavenly ski resort. Guest access My guests will have access to the entire home less the garage and one exterior access bathroom. Additionally, the boat dock is used by my family and we will, on occasion access the dock thru the back yard (we will be non disruptive)
