All beds feature luxury mattresses and hotel-style white bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals—plus simple seasonings, a Keurig® Coffee Maker, and a starter pack of K-Cups. The adjacent dining area seats 4 and opens to the backyard deck. Kids (and kids at heart) will love the classic arcade games nearby! I’m Other things to note WINTER SNOW SEASON: Lake Tahoe can see a very large snow accumulation. 4 wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. We have a driveway plow service that comes every snowfall (of 3 inches or more) to clear the driveway. RURAL AREA: This property is located in a rural area. Despite regular pest control and preventative measures, insects and wildlife may be present. Guests should be aware that wildlife sightings, including potential bear encounters, are possible. CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We do not offer refunds for natural disasters, road closures or weather related conditions like wildfires, poor air quality, snowstorms or other major events that are outside of our control. When planning travel to the Lake Tahoe area, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.
