Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Dinning area: Space can revert to a full size bed. Bathroom: Shower, toilet, and sink. Entertainment: Smart TV, Electric Fireplace & Surround-Sound Speakers. Propane: Provided for cooking and heating. Our RV trailer is maintained and comes with all the essentials. Outdoor patio: right next to the RV. Has a propane BBQ Grill and a picnic table with four benches. Also comes with a lovely patio furniture for your comfort. My place is close to public transport, shopping, restaurants, 20 minutes from downtown, highway is blocks away. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, quietness, cleanliness and great atmosphere. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably, solo adventurer, and business travelers. Short-term or long-term stay. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS upon your arrival: *K-Cup coffee with creamer & sugar. *Assorted tea *Refreshing cold bottled water. *Salt/Pepper & Seasoning *Snacks *Toiletries All surfaces throughout the RV are sanitized using antibacterial disinfectant before and after each guests. If my place is suitable and accommodates your needs, I hope to meet you soon! Guest access You have access to the entire RV and surrounding areas next to the RV. The patio with brick floor, behind the residence (house) is off limits. Other things to note ADULTS ONLY, No children allowed. This is a non-smoking environment however, you may smoke outside (patio). Please, NO smoking in the RV. If commode gets clogged, please let us know immediately so we can take care of this. Do not attempt to unclogged as this can damage the piping system. Since we strongly value your safety and security, please be advised that we have cameras set OUTSIDE of the property that only records motion. NO washer & Dryer available however, there are several laundromats near by. It is very helpful and highly recommended if you take a few minutes of your time to complete a review.
