"Lovely Spacious Space" (2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom)

All guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Our home is centrally located between two major cities a 20min. drive to Downtown Seattle and a 20min. drive to Downtown Tacoma. Close to Major Shopping Malls. Nice Restaurants just a short drive away. Parks, gardens and lots of outdoor activities wthin a 5 mile distance. Lots of indoor activities available within a 5 mile distance of our home. Less than 5 miles to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport...... The space The PLACE Guest's walk straight down the hallway from the entrance and go up the stair well. When you reach the top of the stairwell The Olympia room and the Mount Rainier room are on opposite sides of the hallway with the private bathroom off the hallway. The Olympia room has a walk in closet, good size dresser, and a queen size bed. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. There are also paper dishes and plastic cutlery available. 50" Roku Smart TV is ready to use and a work station to get tasks done. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, breakfast cereals and snacks, provided during your stay. The Mount Rainier room has a closet, large dresser, and a king sized mattress. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. There are also paper dishes and plastic cutlery available. A 50" Roku Smart TV is ready to use and a work station to get tasks done. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, breakfast cereals and snacks, provided during your stay. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE HOST! CLEANING The basic cleaning routine after guest's leave is: all bed linens are washed, the rooms are vacuumed and mopped. The table, chairs, door handles, and bed frame are sanitized. PARKING There is plenty of free street parking close to the house. LOCATION 10 - 15 mins to SeaTac Airport, 20 -25 minutes to Downtown Seattle close to freeways like I-5 and hwy 99. 25 minutes to Downtown Bellevue. 20-25 minutes to Tacoma. THE HOST The host lives in the home. This is a nice and peaceful location that you can enjoy whether you're on the go or just relaxing. Guest access Guests will have access to 2 private bedrooms, the first bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. There's one private bathroom this is a full bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet and sink. Also plenty of clean towels provided for guests during their stay. Guests will also be able to use the washer and dryer located downstairs on the main level, in the laundry room. There is also a new trex patio just outside of the backdoor. Guests can go out and enjoy the patio surrounded by a large yard.... During your stay Feel free to say hi if you see my mom or I. We're friendly and happy to have a conversation. We will let the guests lead. Do not hesitate to message me through the app. if you have any questions or concerns. We respect guests who want more privacy and personal space as well. Other things to note ABSOULUTELY no smoking and/or drug use in the room, in the house, or anywhere on the property..... Also NO PETS ALLOWED.... NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS ALLOWED in the house without prior authorization from the host... When guests book this "Lovely Spacious Space" 2 bedrooms 600sq.ft. space by the month, the bedrooms will be checked on a bi-weekly basis for us to make sure the rooms aren't being destroyed and if any maintenance is needed..... Guests aren't allowed to rearrange the furniture in the bedrooms without prior permission from the host.... Also guests aren't allowed to bring large pieces of furniture into the bedrooms or replace beds or furniture in the bedrooms, without prior authorization from the host..... Guests can bring only a minimal amount of personal belongings into the bedroom. If you have a lot of things, such as personal belongings or work equipment make sure you get prior authorization from the host..... Thank you 😊 🙏.....
