Bright and Airy studio in the prime location of Redondo Beach an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. We are locals who love hosting but also earn a living doing what we love. We try to keep our rate as affordable as possible. We are not luxury homes/hotels with concierge, pools, gyms, etc. We offer safe and clean space. No frills, no hidden charges. The space Location: Prime Redondo Beach area About a 5-minute walk to the iconic pier, fisherman warf, running trails, park, and the beach. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores are within walking distance. Public Transportation: Bus stop: about 5 min walk Apartment: Studio The entire place, no sharing. Furniture: Queen bed, dresser, closet, couch, 50" TV (streaming subscriptions required), arm chair. Street Parking: First come, first served. Guest access Kitchenette: microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee machine. Laundry is shared (requires payment and is coin-operated) Other things to note We are delighted to host you. Guests and pets – Only registered guests are permitted. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Internet use – Please refrain from downloading illegal movies or music. Violations may result in fines from the provider. Respect the community – Maintain harmony with neighbors. Keep noise levels low, especially after 8:00 PM and before 9:00 AM. Electronics – Turn off the TV and other appliances before leaving the property. Kitchen care – Do not dispose of oil, bones, or leftovers in the garbage disposal; please use the trash can provided. Bathroom care – Only toilet paper may be flushed to prevent plumbing issues. Cleanliness – Please leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout.
