Sleeps 8 across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, including a king master suite and a genuinely comfortable pull-out couch. Self check-in with keypad, quiet neighborhood — perfect for family gatherings and ski trips. The space The entire upstairs home is yours — an open living room anchored by a stone fireplace and black barn-door accents, flowing into a modern farmhouse kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a dining table that seats 6. Warm wood tones and soft neutral textiles give the space a designer feel without losing that lived-in comfort. Sleep 8 across 3 bedrooms. A pull-out couch in the living room adds sleeping space for extra guests, and it's genuinely comfortable — not your typical stiff hide-a-bed. The hallway has a full bathroom for your guests to get ready in. The basement below is also available on Airbnb as its own listing, if your group needs more room. Guest access Whole upstairs/washer and dryer in basement is yours! Front yard too! The back yard is shared. You are free to use the grill and use the space. If you have any concerns about sharing the back yard please reach out. There is seasonal fruit on the trees in the back yard, you’re more than welcome to pick it. It’s either apricots or peaches we don’t know haha. We can accommodate you to the best of our abilities and come up with solutions to make your stay more enjoyable. The basement is sometimes used by us and sometimes it is rented on Airbnb. They enter through the back yard. There is a door that is locked on both sides in the basement. Let us know if you have any questions. IF YOU ARE WONDERING ABOUT THE PULL OUT COUCH: It is SUPER comfy once the pad is on top and the couch is pulled out to make it into a full-size bed. Works just the same as a normal bed. It’s not your typical hide-a-bed, we have tried to get it to be just as comfy as sleeping at home :) The entire upstairs — living room, kitchen, dining, all 3 bedrooms, and both bathrooms — is private and exclusively yours, along with the front yard. Access is self check-in with a keypad, so there's no need to coordinate arrival times. The backyard is shared space with the basement unit below, and in season, you're welcome to pick fruit right off the trees. The basement is a separate living space secured behind its own locked, two-way door — no shared access, though you may hear light activity nearby. For guest safety, the property has security cameras in select outdoor areas
