Our charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome with private parking is nestled in the desirable Yates Gardens neighborhood of Old Town Alexandria—just moments from the Potomac river waterfront, shops, parks, and dining. Whether you're exploring historic Old Town or enjoying cozy evenings in the private rear garden, our tranquil Yates Garden townhome offers the perfect balance of curated comfort, modern conveniences like wifi and smart TVs, and historic charm. **6 adults maximum, please.** The space After parking in our designated spot in front of the home, step inside to a thoughtfully designed main level featuring: • A convenient half bath (powder room) • A fully equipped kitchen • Dining area perfect for meals at home • An elegant living area with a Frame TV, workspace, and plenty of natural light • Direct access to a private back yard with a patio, lawn, gardens, outdoor dining table, lounge seating, fire pit, and grill Upstairs, you'll find: A full bathroom with a shower over bath tub and three comfortable bedrooms: • 1 King bedroom with Tempur-pedic mattress • 1 Queen bedroom • 1 bedroom with two Twin XL beds The lower level provides an open bonus space and additional lounge area with: • A second smart TV for movie nights • A selection of board games a • Laundry (washer and dryer) • Leather futon (intended for a teen or child and is not designed as a primary adult bed based on size and padding) • A walk-out exit leading to the backyard patio and garden area. The outdoor lounge area seats 4, and the outdoor dining table seats 4-6 people. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home along with the private backyard patio and garden. One dedicated parking space is provided directly in front of the home. A maximum of two additional guest parking passes are available upon request. If you have more than one car, we will need your license plate state and tag number to request a pass from the City of Alexandria. We have one private parking space. Please make sure to park within the boundaries directly in front of the house so we stay clear of the neighbors’ private parking spaces along the rest of the street. A maximum of two additional cars are to park on the parallel public street immediate past the grassy median. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out. The City of Alexandria requires that no more than 8 people (including children and infants) be on the property at any time. The home can sleep a maximum of 6 adults. * Please no animals. Other things to note This was our primary residence until our family outgrew the home several years ago. This home is in a fantastic neighborhood with attentive, long-time neighbors. It’s a peaceful retreat situated in a close-knit community of young families and retirees. Please be our guests and enjoy the tranquil community as we have! Excess indoor and outdoor noise at any time is prohibited by the City of Alexandria. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Absolutely no smoking on the property, no unregistered guests without prior authorization, and no hosted events. Per City regulations, no more than 8 people can be at the property at any time, including children and infants. No pets due to documented health reasons. *Violations will result in immediate cancelation.
