Bosch Huis Rosé: Garden Suite · Historic · Parking

Oglethorpe Square, Savannah, 1856. Carriages still pass daily. The Garden Suite: a private entrance, two bedrooms, a living room of its own, and the coolest rooms in the house, steps from the sauna and cold plunge. Free parking, though you'll rarely need it: River Street one way, Broughton the other, Michelin-worthy tables in between. Bonus: book a private waterfront saltwater pool (heated or chilled) and dock, 15 min away. Locally owned, loved like a home, because it is one. Tap the ♡. The space THE GARDEN SUITE The ground floor, where the house keeps its cool: two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plush mattress, and premium linens, plus a living room of your own with a fireplace waiting on its restoration. The second bedroom opens through the first, the kind of layout made for families and close friends. Low light for sleeping in, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity, fresh towels already waiting. The sauna, cold plunge, and Peloton sit just steps from your door, closer to this suite than any other. Same for the laundry, and the parking is right on your side of the house. Car to bed in under a minute, bed to cold plunge in less. A Nespresso machine, mini-fridge, microwave, and 55-inch smart TV with every streaming service mean the suite runs on its own schedule. MAIN LEVEL One flight up, two ways to get there: the front staircase, or the back one by the parking lot. A long hallway leads to the kitchen, lined with art collected over the years. Local artists, European finds, antique market treasures. Free snacks along the way, and a photo wall of past guests. Add yourselves. The kitchen is chef-grade: gas range, All-Clad, Vitamix, KitchenAid, a Samsung refrigerator with filtered water and ice. It's shared, but every suite has its own essentials, so barely one in a hundred guests use it. Private slots on request. Guests call it "beautiful" and "private." OUT FRONT All of Savannah, one minute at a time: Broughton Street's shops in one, the squares, galleries, and bars in the same, the Riverfront in five, Forsyth Park in ten. THE SEA DAY, FOR ROSÉ GUESTS ONLY Fifteen minutes east of Rosé, the city exhales into marsh and open water. Our waterfront estate waits there, and on the days it's between guests, it can be entirely yours for a few blissful hours. The saltwater pool is warm in winter, cool in summer, and always the right temperature for doing nothing. Kayaks idle at the private dock. Bring a rod; the fish are local and refreshingly unbothered. At high tide, dolphins glide past as if they own the place, which, frankly, they do. A cold plunge, a fitness room, an acre of lawn and a sauna arriving soon round out the day. Come in the evening and the sunset is included, no extra charge for the view. Sea Day for Two · four hours · $200 Sunset Sea Day for Two · 5 to 9pm · $250 Sea Day for Friends · four hours, up to six · $300 The Group Sea Day · four hours, up to ten · $500 The Quick Swim · two hours for two · $125 A snack board by the pool · $60 A picnic by the pool · from $100, composed to your taste Larger group? Ask us. When: Mornings, afternoons and, when the estate is free that night, evenings until 9pm. Sea Days are offered only when the estate is between guests, so times are limited and can change. How to book: Send us a Sea Day request at least 24 hours ahead. Times open two to three days out, and we'll confirm the day before and add it to your Rosé stay. If for any reason we can't host you, you'll get a new time or your money back in full. There are only a few each week, so don't be shy. ROSÉ PRICING One rate covers two. Each additional guest, up to four, adds $50 per night, covering the extra cleaning and wear, plainly. That's the whole story. Pets stay for one flat fee per booking; a whole pack costs a little more. Weekdays run gentler, longer stays earn a discount. Military and teachers booking ahead: say so, and the rate says thank you. CELEBRATIONS Proposals, anniversaries, birthdays with a zero in them, a bachelorette claiming the whole house. We arrange what the moment needs: flowers waiting, a table no one can get, a photographer who knows the light on the square. Write to us before booking for anything beyond a quiet stay — larger gatherings are approved in advance through Airbnb, with their own guidelines. THE HOUSE This home has stood on Oglethorpe Square since 1856, and it acts its age in the best ways: heart-pine floors that announce your footsteps, stairs that have carried 170 years of guests, walls that hold stories and, occasionally, sound. It's not a hotel built last year, and that's the point. THE ASSURANCES Smoke detectors throughout. First aid stocked. Cameras outside only — never inside. The same small cleaning team, every stay. If maintenance ever touches your dates, you'll hear it from us first. ALWAYS IMPROVING Nearly every dollar this home generates is reinvested — into the property, our team, and the local community. We're passionate about historic houses, love Savannah wholeheartedly, and it shows in what keeps getting better. A SAVANNAH NOTE This is the South, in a walking city that's been alive since 1733. Church bells ring, carriages clatter, and on weekend nights downtown hums. A professional pest team treats the property regularly, but nature predates the service contract. That's the habitat, not the housekeeping. OUR STANDARD If it's reasonable and we have notice, we'll find a way. FOLLOW ALONG @BoschHuisRose for the story between stays. Not ready to book?
