The space OUR APARTMENT Recently renovated apartment on the 4th floor of a 8-story building. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Fully equipped. Apartment has multiple windows facing Kennedy Park. Nice, spacious, with Noise reducing windows and A/C. Size is approx 120 square meters (1290 sqft). KITCHEN / DINING Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen essentials like pans and pots, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, rice cooker, everyday cooking supplies, and additional amenities like tea or coffee are provided. DINING AND LIVING ROOM An open-plan area for living room and dining room. Comfortable sectional sofa in the living room. 50" Smart TV. Dining table for 6 people. BEDROOMS SETUP Three bedrooms have new, high-quality, super-comfortable, full-size beds with nightstands. All beds have high-quality all-cotton bed linens and include a down comforter and standard pillows. Two bath towels per bedroom are provided. All bedrooms have closet systems with drawers and storage. BATHROOMS Two and a half outfitted bathrooms. With shower enclosure, hot water, sink, toilet and medicine cabinet. "Hotel Collection" towels and bath rug. LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer in the laundry area. AMENITIES Two Smart TVs with streaming services. TVs do not have Cable/Satellite TV. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. INTERNET High speed internet 1000 Mbps. TP-Link Deco Mesh WiFi system (3 units) that cover the whole apartment. REMOTE WORK Desks, desk lamps and chairs in all bedrooms. Noise reducing windows make all bedrooms great places for remote work. COMFORT The apartment has A/C. Additionally, fans are provided. The apartment has noise reducing windows, however, there is potential for noise coming from the streets and offices in the same building. The curtains are not 100% blackout. BUILDING Apartment is on the 4th floor of a 8-story mixed use building (apartments and offices). There is an elevator with 4 people capacity. Two keys are provided, one for the main building and another for the apartment. PARKING There is no street parking outside the building. However Kennedy Park has underground parking 24/7. VISITORS No local guests without prior approval day and/or night. RULES No smoking of any kind, including vaping. No pets allowed. No parties. All guests must provide official IDs before check-in. Building quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note CHECK-IN Our co-host will hand you the keys to access the building and the apartment. We will contact you to arrange the check-in. Fees for after hours check-in : 10 pm to midnight $5 USD. Midnight until 7am $10 USD. LONG STAYS For longer stays, complimentary cleaning is included and usually happens every three days. Cleaning includes regular apartment cleaning, change of bedding, body and hand towels. NOISE There is potential for noise since the apartment is the most vibrant zone in Miraflores. Noise can come from the street, but also from other apartment and offices inside the building. BOOKING TERMS Occupancy limit is set by the booking but must not exceed 6 people. No bookings on behalf of someone else. Booker must be present during the stay.
