The space This BRAND NEW townhome is centrally located at The Reserve and is only a 5 minute drive to The Square and 5 minutes to Ole Miss campus! You can find all the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and coffee shops that Oxford has to offer all within a short 5 minute drive! We have 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths (including a large master ensuite on the first floor), and a spacious eat-in kitchen which opens to the family/living room making it perfect for large groups! Kitchen - Open and spacious island with ample seating - For those who like to cook, the fully stocked kitchen has modern appliances including: dishwasher, fridge, stove top, Keurig, Espresso machine, pots, pans, utensils, and other small appliances. Bathrooms - 3.5 baths are stocked with essentials including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, fresh towels, and toilet paper. - The full bath on the first floor is an en suite attached to the master bedroom and has a double vanity. - There is also a half bath right off the kitchen. Bedrooms (Sleeps 8 guests!) 3 spacious bedrooms + loft with Queen sleeper sofa -Bedroom 1 (1st floor)- King Bed with master ensuite -Bedroom 2: (2nd floor)- Queen Bed with full bath (shower & bathtub) -Bedroom 3: (2nd floor)- King Bed with full bath (shower & bathtub) -Loft: (2nd floor) -Queen size pull out sofa The home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests based upon 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 1 Queen size pull out sofa. Other Amenities - Community pool access--pool towels and pool key fob are provided! - Back porch with patio and Black Stone flat top grill (propane provided) - High speed Wifi perfect for all your streaming needs - Washer/Dryer: complimentary detergent is provided - Smooth self check-in access with key pad entry Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhome. There is free street parking right in front of home. You will use a key fob to access the community pool. The Reserve pool is open 9am-9pm everyday. The University of Mississippi campus, shops, bars & restaurants, are all within a 5 minute drive. Other things to note By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules: • No smoking - $250 Penalty • No pets - $250 Penalty • No parties or events - $250 Penalty • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement • Extra guest fee - $25/person over the 8 person occupancy limit • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM • Check-out is 10:00 AM or earlier • No early check-in or late check out unless approved by host • Quiet hours is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
