Guest access You’ll have the whole home to yourselves, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, the private pool, and the washer and dryer. ★ Community Gate: On arrival, if a guard is on duty, please show your photo ID and let them know you’re staying on Blessing Dr. ★ Check-in: Self check-in anytime after 4 PM. We’ll send your smart lock code and a guide with house tips and rules before arrival. Other things to note Welcome! A few helpful notes about this vacation home: OPTIONAL SERVICES (not included in the nightly rate) ★ Pool Heat: $40/night. Available for the entire stay only. Request and pay at least 3 days before arrival. ★ BBQ Grill Service: $60/stay, includes grill cleaning and a propane tank. ★ Early Check-in: From 12:00 PM, $95 plus tax. ★ Late Checkout: Until 2:00 PM, $95 plus tax. Request at least 2 days before departure. ★ Mid-stay Housekeeping: Additional fee, quoted by property size. Request at least 2 days in advance. FRIENDLY REMINDER ★ Linens: Bedding is refreshed from time to time, so colors and patterns may differ a bit from the photos. Comfort and quality are always the same! ★ Carpet: A few areas may show light marks that don’t fully lift, even with regular care. We schedule routine deep cleanings to keep the home fresh for every guest. ★ Wear & Tear: Like any well-loved vacation home, you may notice minor signs of normal use on some furnishings and fixtures. STARTER SUPPLIES We’ve prepared the home with starter supplies, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen and bathroom essentials, so you can settle in right away. For longer stays or larger groups, Publix and other grocery stores are just a few minutes’ drive away. AIR CONDITIONING Please set the AC to around 75°F. Avoid going below 70°F or running it with doors or windows open, as the unit may freeze up or malfunction. POOL HEATING ★ Season: Heating is generally not needed from June 1 to October 1. ★ Warm-up Time: Heating starts on the first night of your booked dates. Water typically takes up to 24 hours to reach about 85°F (up to 2 days in winter, depending on weather and equipment). ★ Heater Issues: If the heater isn’t working, please tell us promptly. Any refund or adjustment will be handled case by case, based on the service delivered. POOL SAFETY ★ Supervision: Please supervise children at all times around the pool. ★ Safety Gate: If kids are staying, please keep the pool safety gate closed at all times. ★ Pool Rules: For everyone’s safety, no glass, running, or diving anywhere in the pool area. Please check the water depth before entering. ★ No Lifeguard: There is no lifeguard on duty, so please swim with care.
