Living here on island our entire lives, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests periodically as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible. The potential for noise as building located in busy part of the city and the walls are made thin. This unit is about 236 sq ft and designed as a compact space. Photos may make it appear larger than it is in person. Due to the building’s construction, sound from adjacent units may occasionally be audible inside the unit. Registration Details 260140320098, TA-153-476-9152-01
