Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. Keyless entry via smartphone app. Access requires an email and downloading an app on your phone (we’ll send instructions in advance). This provides secure, self check-in and easy entry during your stay. One vehicle parking spot. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door! Other things to note **If this property is not available, great news — we have two other units in the same complex that may be!** To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review and follow these important guidelines: ✔ Parking: Your unit includes one designated, numbered parking spot for a single vehicle. Your spot number and parking pass are in your check-in instructions. -The parking pass must hang from your rearview mirror at all times. -Please park only in your designated spot. T-he pass must be left in the unit at checkout. A $75 replacement fee applies if it isn’t returned. -If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, the additional vehicle(s) will need to use street parking. We’re happy to share suggestions. ✔ Booking Requirements. Guests must be 21 or older to book. A government-issued photo ID is required at the time of booking along with a positive booking history. ✔ Local Reservations NO Reservations from guests within their city of residence without prior authorization. Please contact us if you are booking within your city. ✔ We welcome new users to our space! For profiles without prior reviews, we require a fully refundable $500 damage deposit or waiver before confirming your stay. This helps us maintain our home for future guests and is returned at the end of your visit, assuming no damage is found. ✔ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. ✔ Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Late check-outs without prior authorization will incur a $125 fee to cover scheduling disruptions for our turnover team. ✔ Please place all trash—including from bathrooms and living areas—into the kitchen bin. Excessive trash left in or around the unit may result in an additional $60 cleaning fee. ✔ No Smoking or Drugs. Smoking or drugs of any kind (including hookah) is not allowed indoors or on the property. A $1000 fine will be charged for any ash or signs of any violations.This is including on porches and in shared spaces. Marijuana is prohibited. ✔ This unit accommodates up to 4 guests. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. ✔ No mail or packages. We kindly ask that you use a local Amazon Hub, PO Box, or UPS Store instead. ✔ Food deliveries are welcome! ✔ No Parties or Events. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation and $1000 fine. This also includes no confetti, streamers, etc. inside unit. ✔ No Pets Allowed per Apartment Complex Bylaws. ✔ Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction and additional penalties. ✔ Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. ✔ This is a shared residential building. Please be respectful of neighbors and common areas. Excessive noise, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and may incur fines. ✔ Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. ✔ Stays exceeding 28 days require a security deposit and bi-weekly cleanings, scheduled at mutually convenient times with the guest. We use an easy process for your ID verification, & security hold just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Truvi. You will have the option of a simple security hold or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee. ✔ Stays exceeding 88 days require a separate rental agreement.
