We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities. Private Swimming Pool Children must be monitored in and near the pool at all times. Young children are required to wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $200 initial heating, then $50 a day during the stay. Pool takes an average of 12 hours to heat to 80 degrees in the winter time. All pool heating fees will be due prior to the heating. Please let us know how many days you'd like the pool heated during your stay. Public pool heating is year round to 80 degrees Parking Garage Parking for 3 + 3 Car Driveway – Plenty of private parking. Street Parking 6 AM – 11 PM Quiet Hours This home is situated in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask that guests respect quiet hours 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. It's important to us to maintain a calm and safe environment for both our neighbors and guests. Please note that parties or events are not permitted at this property. Guest access For your safety and peace of mind, this property is equipped with a Schlage smart lock. All the amenities provided are for your private use, either inside the house or in the fully enclosed backyard. Under no circumstances should guests enter any neighboring properties during their stay. Pets Pets are welcome! For those who don't want to leave anyone behind. Fully fenced yard Turf grass area We require a deep cleaning fee of $200 to keep a hypoallergenic home. Pet Friendly (Discounts for multiple pets). There is a $350 pet fee for unauthorized pets. Smoking All smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $400 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in the backyard space. Please do not leave cigarette butts on site. Outdoor Cameras For your safety and peace of mind, this property is equipped with Cameras that are located on the front & back of the property for your protection and security of the home.
