A few facts about our property and location. 1,100 ft² newly built guesthouse (2024) - Professionally Designed Furnishings from Around The World. - Fully Stocked Kitchen. - Right Next to Brandon Park Trail. - 20 Minute Drive To Ski Resorts. - 10 Minute Walk To Bell Canyon Park. We live downstairs on the main level of the property to better assist you during your stay with us. Guest access To enter The Loft, take the stairs up on the left side, facing the front of the property. Other things to note Only Guests Aged 25 Or Older May Book This Property. When using oils or anything that may produce smoke, please run the exhaust fan. Without it, the smoke alarms throughout the house will trigger. Do Not Tamper With Or Remove Any Smoke Alarms. Absolutely No Smoking Is Permitted Inside Or Outside Anywhere In The Neighborhood; This Area Has A Very High Fire Risk. No Pets Allowed Of Any Kind. Quiet Hours Are From 10:30PM – 9:00AM. No Parties Are Allowed. The Host Reserves The Right To Revoke Use Of All Shared Amenities If Any Of The Rules Of The Loft Are Violated. No Illegal Substances Are Allowed To Be Used Or Consumed Indoors Or Outdoors On The Premises. Guests Must Abide By Utah Law At All Times. Guests Must Be Cordial, Respectful, And Tolerant Of All Other Guests.
