The space was thoughtfully curated, even adding a Murphy bed in the second bedroom to offer a space that also be utilized as a study or cute nursery. The second Murphy bed is one the ground level of the two story home, which is ideal for larger parties or guest that don't want to have to manage the stairs. The back patio provides seating and a cozy fire pit for the cool nights, where you can enjoy a private conversation and a glass of wine around the glowing flames. Walkable to the Potomac River, Jones Point Park, Oronoco Bay Park, Waterfront Park, Founders Park, Windmill Hill Park, Tide Lock Park, shall I go on? The third bed is also a Murphy bed in the Livingroom on the ground floor, which converts into the Home Entertainment Center. Guest also have access to a rear private outdoor patio, which offers seating and a cozy fire pit.
