Relax at Space Coast Pool Haven, a dog-friendly 3BR/2BA Melbourne home with a private fenced backyard pool, screened lanai, king primary bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and easy self check-in. Spend sunny days at nearby Indialantic Beach, evenings in Historic Downtown Melbourne, and launch days exploring Florida’s Space Coast. It’s a comfortable base for family vacations, couples’ getaways, work stays, beach trips, rocket launch visits, and Orlando day trips. The space This single-level Melbourne ranch home is set up for comfort, convenience, and easy Florida downtime. Sleeping layout: • Primary bedroom: king bed + private bathroom with walk-in shower • Bedroom 2: full (double) bed • Bedroom 3: two single beds • Sleeps up to 6 guests Inside, you’ll find central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and space to relax after the beach or downtown. For fun at home, enjoy the 3-in-1 foosball, air hockey, and table tennis game in the living room. Outside, the private fenced backyard has an in-ground pool, and the screened lanai includes seating, Roku TV, and pop-a-shot basketball. Beach chairs and a cooler bag are provided for beach days. Please return them before checkout so the next guests can enjoy them too. Accessibility note: The home is single level, but there is a step at the front door and a small lip going into the primary bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, private screened lanai, private fenced backyard, private pool, patio area, BBQ grill, driveway parking, and laundry. Self check-in is available by smartlock. Your door code and arrival details will be sent before check-in. Other things to note Dogs are welcome with advance notice. Pet fee: $75 per dog, per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Please clean up after pets, keep dogs off furniture and beds, and do not leave pets unattended unless crated. Pool service is scheduled every Thursday morning. No smoking and no parties or events. Extended stays are welcome. Exterior security cameras are present at the front door and pool/backyard area for security. They are outside only and do not monitor any indoor spaces. No cameras are located inside the home. The pool area does not have a gate or lock. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times. Parking: The driveway fits up to 2 cars. If additional parking is needed, please use permitted street parking along the side of the house rather than directly in front of the home when possible, as the front street area is more narrow. Our short-term rental permit requires that vehicles stay off the grass.
