Guest access Upon booking, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and spacious backyard. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, you’ll enjoy the freedom to make this estate your own during your stay. ⚠️ Please note: The guest house by the pool is not included in the rental. Other things to note Guests with no prior reviews must sign the rental agreement and settle a $750 security deposit, which will be held and released five days after departure, provided there is no damage. A minimum fee of $150 will be charged for any unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Outdoor smoking is allowed only if smoke does not enter the home and all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum $500 fee. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and ID verification is required. Pets are welcome with prior approval (maximum of two dogs, no cats) and a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $267. This covers the additional cleaning, wear and tear, and furniture shampooing required, as some guests are allergic to pets. Events, parties, or additional guests beyond the number on your reservation are not allowed without prior approval, and an additional event fee will apply if permitted. Guests may enjoy outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m., but amplified music, shouting, and loud parties are not permitted. If this rule is violated, a strict no-noise policy will be enforced for the remainder of the stay. If police are called due to a noise complaint, a $500 fee will be charged to reflect the fine we receive.
