Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11:00 am sharp. Please adhere to these times to allow for smooth transitions between guests. 2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only and must dispose of cigarette butts properly. 3. Pets: Pets are not allowed. We will charge $300 if we found out that you have pet 4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours. No loud noise is permitted after 11:00 pm. 5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is 6 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host and may incur extra charges. 6. Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval from the host. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without a refund. 7. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Please report any accidents or damages to the host immediately. 8. Amenities: Please treat all amenities with care and respect. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest. 9. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Please clean up after yourselves and leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Empty trash and take all trash out early on Tuesday mornings. 10. Security and Safety: For your safety and security, always lock the doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not disclose the door code or key location to unauthorized individuals. 11. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage.
