The host lives separately on-site in the main home and is always available via the Airbnb app if you need anything, while fully respecting your space. To keep things running smoothly: • Only flush toilet paper • Use trash bins for wipes, paper towels, and hygiene items • Avoid pouring oils, grease, or harsh chemicals down drains 🔒 Security & Safety Disclosure • The home has a standard alarm system with visible motion sensors. These are not cameras and do not record audio or video. • For your comfort and privacy, the alarm system is not armed during guest stays. • Smoke detectors are professionally monitored and connected to the fire department for your safety in the rare case of an emergency. 🔒 Exterior Security Cameras • For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras are installed at the garage, main entrance, and patio entry points only. • These cameras monitor entryways only. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest spaces. ✨ Family-Friendly Note We welcome families with children! Please note that our home is not baby-proofed (no outlet covers, cabinet locks, or crib/high chair provided). The pool is fully fenced, but children must be supervised at all times.
