This studio is on the 2nd floor in main building, where it has views of mountains and pools. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and on bus route to Stateline and free shuttle to Heavenly ski resort. The condo has AC and a gas fireplace The space "Mauna Lua" condo is on 2nd floor in a lake front resort property, with views of the mountains and pool/hottub. Located within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, water front restaurants, beach, Bijou golf course and all sorts of conveniences.. The Tahoe Transportation bus stop is outside the complex, that takes you to the Heavenly Village/casinos and free shuttle to Heavenly ski Resort. Heavenly Mountain and the casinos are less than 2 miles east from the condo During summer there's live music/concerts on Thursday evenings at El Dorado Commons Beach (less than a mile west) and Lakeshore Spa Lodge beach (next door). After summer days filled with hiking, biking and/or boating, come back and relax at the pool/hottub. In the snowy winter months, after skiing, snowshoeing curl up by the gas fireplace and play some board games or watch movies on cable or streaming. *** Winter months there is a ski/snowboard rental shop open in the lobby. Avoid long lines and get your gear before you get to the mountain. *** Free Heavenly ski shuttle right outside the entrance (by the Heidi’s) that takes you to California Lodge. No smoking/vaping (smoking only allowed in designated areas, set out by Resort) 2. No pet policy (as owner has severe pet allergies). No pets are allowed without specific HOA approval 3. Guests must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am (which includes no hottub or amenities use) 4. No open flames. 5. Must get parking permits and display them during your stay to avoid fines/towing. 6. Maximum occupancy cannot exceed under any circumstance (max. 2 adults and 2 children under 13 are permitted) 7. There is free parking for 1 vehicle only (open or covered underground) 8. HOA requirements, guests must be at least 23 years of age to book. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. 9. To use streaming services, guests need to login with their own credentials , and DO NOT forget to log out on departure. 10. Lobby area is locked at 11pm, if you arrive or come in later than that, after being out, you'll need the code to get into building, which will be in your "Welcome" package email. 11. Security camera details : Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only. 12. There is an elevator from the parking garage too that will take you to the lobby and to the condo (2nd floor,) if you decide to park under cover. 13. Last but not least, please be sure to take the inexpensive Travel Insurance offered on payment page, to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, illness etc., to be able to get reimbursed if our cancellation policy doesn't apply.
