It can be cold and rainy one day and then feel like summer the next, with snow a couple days after that. We want to keep expectations realistic for this amenity during cold fall/winter/spring months. This is to winterize the apartments/buildings. If window AC units are left installed in the window then a cold draft will come in from outside and the listing will be cold.
