Fully renovated and art-filled, this modern cabin blends black, white, and wood with vibrant pops of color. Enjoy a spa features including private sauna, cold Plunge, hot tub, game/yoga room, and fire pit lounge. Stylish, soulful, and unlike anywhere else in Sedona. The space Welcome to this stylish 2-bed, 2-bath Sedona home designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in shower, double vanity, large closet with hangers, small dresser, and a rolling TV stand so you can watch from bed if you’d like. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed, large closet, TV, and dresser. Enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for six and a wine fridge for your favorite bottles. The garage doubles as a private wellness and game room featuring a sauna and ping-pong table. It has its own heating and cooling, and the door can be opened to let in fresh desert air. (Please note: the garage is not for parking vehicles.) The property is pet-friendly, welcoming your furry companions for the stay. Wellness Experience ✨ The home features a private hot tub and cold plunge designed for relaxation and recovery. Upon arrival, the hot tub is set to a comfortable ~100° and the cold plunge to ~50–55°, creating the perfect balance for a hot and cold contrast experience. For those looking to push it further, the cold plunge can be adjusted as low as 40° and the hot tub up to 104°. Please note that any adjustments may take time to reach your desired temperature. Whether you’re unwinding after a long day of hiking or simply looking to reset, this space is designed to help you relax and recharge Guest access The whole house and yard is private and 100% all to you Other things to note Trash day is on Monday morning bright and early so please put the trash on the curb Sunday evening Spa amenities available as an optional add-on ✨ Enjoy access to our private wellness setup featuring a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. This experience is available for a one-time $75 fee per stay. Let us know if you’d like access and we’ll have everything ready for you to relax and reset. 🐾 Pet Rules for Our Furry VIPs (Very Important Pets) We’re excited to welcome your four-legged friends! To keep things comfy for everyone (humans & pets alike), here are a few simple house rules: 1. No couch surfers, please! Pets must stay off all furniture, including beds. We know those puppy eyes are hard to resist, but this keeps things clean and allergen-free for future guests. 2. Pick up after your pup (or kitty!) All pet waste must be picked up daily and tossed in the outside trash. Any “yard surprises” left behind will result in a $25 cleaning fee. 3. Barking & noise control Happy pets are welcome, but excessive barking or noise isn’t. If neighbors complain, it could unfortunately lead to a booking cancellation—so let’s keep the peace. 4. No solo backyard vacations Pets cannot be left outside unattended. Tucson weather can be unpredictable, and it helps avoid noise issues when you’re away. 5. Clean paws, happy floors Please wipe your pet’s paws before coming inside, especially after outdoor adventures. 6.
