You'll also find a dedicated Nespresso coffee bar and a bright, fully equipped kitchenette with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 cameras in the property pointing at the right side of the house, left side of the house pointing at the gargabage cans and the front door. Altough access to the apartment is granted through the back door of the house. Just like with an airline, this step is essential to complete your registration. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am. 3. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave closed bags of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5. Standard check-out is 10 am. 6. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning schedules. 7. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. 8. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 9. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
